  • 3 slice Sandwich bread
  • 1 Butter for spreading
  • 1 cup Cold mash potato
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Grated onion
  • 2 Rasher bacon, chopped
  • 1 Seasoning- garlic powder, sea salt & oregano.
  • 1 A little smoked paprika for colour

Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 190*C.

    Lightly butter each slice of bread .

    Cut into quarters and place buttered side down into a muffin tray.
  4. 4
    Mix mash potato with egg, cheese, onion, bacon and seasoning.

    Spoon the mixture into tray (on top of bread), sprinkle with paprika and bake for 20/30 minutes until golden brown.
