  • 2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. sharp Shredded cheese

Directions

    Melt butter, soup and sour cream.

    Pour thawed potatoes in to coat well.

    Add cheese.

    Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes, until brown and crispy.
