- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. sharp Shredded cheese
Directions

1Melt butter, soup and sour cream.

2Pour thawed potatoes in to coat well.

3Add cheese.

4Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

5Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes, until brown and crispy.
