  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo (save half for top)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except reserved oleo and bread crumbs.

    Put in a well-greased casserole.

    Sprinkle top with crumbs and oleo.

    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 350° oven.
