- 2 lb. shredded hash browns
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 16 oz. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Thaw hash browns and mix with green pepper and onion.

2Stir in soup and sour cream.

3Mix part of cheese into potatoes and salt and pepper.

4Spoon into large baking pan.

5Spread remaining cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until browned.
