- 1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 7 potatoes
Directions

1Peel and wash potatoes.

2Pat dry with paper towel.

3Cube potatoes.

4Toss in a large mixing bowl with other ingredients until well coated.

5Bake at 300° to 325°, uncovered, in a large casserole dish for 1 1/2 hours.

6Stir once halfway through.
