  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 c. prepared mashed potatoes (instant)
  • 2 c. cut up cheese

    Chop onion finely. Beat eggs.

    Mix all ingredients and pour into baking pan. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until the blade of a knife sticks in the center and comes out clean. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings.
