  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 to 3 large baking potatoes, cut into one-inch cubes (you don't have to peel them!)
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted (to drizzle over top)

Directions

    Melt 6 tablespoons of margarine in a two-quart Pyrex dish at 375°.

    Add potatoes. Turn once in butter.

    Mix next four ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.

    Drizzle with about 2 tablespoons melted margarine and bake at 375° for about 45 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is crisp.
