- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter.

2Add the diced potatoes. Cover with water and cook until tender.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Mash part of the potatoes.

5Add milk (2 cups).

6Cook on low heat for awhile, until thickened.

7Stir and watch carefully.

8Delicious with a nice piece of bread and salad for a supper.
