- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast in 1 c. lukewarm water
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. warm milk
Directions

1Let first 3 ingredients rise for about 1 hour.

2After mixing, add the remaining ingredients.

3Add enough flour to stiffen dough and keep from sticking to hands, approximately 5 to 6 cups.

4Let rise until dough doubles in size, for about 1 hour.

5Roll and cut 1/2-inch thick.

6Fry in hot fat.

7Yields about 2 dozen.
