  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley, chopped
  • 4 c. high fiber, lo-cal wheat bread (8 slices)
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
