- 300 grams Potatoes
- 70 grams Cake flour
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1Peel the potatoes, chop them into chunks, and heat for 5 minutes in the microwave until cooked through.

2While the potatoes are still hot, mash them and then mix them with all of the other ingredients until a ball of dough forms.

3Turn the dough out onto a dusted surface and stretch it into a long roll shape.

4Cut the roll into bite-sized pieces with a fork and roll each piece into a small round.

5Then make some indentations on the top with the back of the fork.

6Boil the gnocchi in plenty of hot water seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt (not listed in ingredients).

7Once the gnocchi float up to the surface of the water, drain them, and coat them with your choice of sauce or olive oil to serve.
