  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko (or potato starch)
  • 200 grams Fresh okara
  • 1 egg Egg (medium)
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Beef dashida
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Black pepper

    Remove the skin and finely chop the chicken.
