- 1 tbsp Katakuriko (or potato starch)
- 200 grams Fresh okara
- 1 egg Egg (medium)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Beef dashida
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Black pepper
Directions

1Remove the skin and finely chop the chicken.

2I cut them into small pieces with a knife.

3Assemble all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
