- 1 cup mashed potatoes (1 large potato)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 14 cup beer or 14 cup ale or 14 cup water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

4Combine potatoes and egg, then stir into the flour mixture.

5Add the beer or ale or water all at once and stir well for 30 seconds.

6Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for 30 seconds.
