  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 5 c. sliced potatoes
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 c. cheese sauce

Directions

    Brown hamburger and seasoning.

    Mix potatoes, peas and carrots in bottom of a 9 x 15-inch pan.

    Add hamburger and cover with cheese sauce.

    Bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are done.
