- 4 large potatoes
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. sandwich spread
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 5 boiled eggs
- 2 sticks celery
- 3 sticks green onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Boil potatoes in skins for about 1 1/2 hours or until done. Peel potatoes when cooled off into a large bowl.

2Chop celery, onions and eggs into the bowl of peeled potatoes.

3Add mayonnaise, mustard and sandwich spread.

4Mix together.

5Add pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, sugar, onion salt and garlic salt and mix.

6Make it thick and not too soft.

7Taste and add more of the seasonings if needed.
