  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. sandwich spread
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 3 sticks green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Boil potatoes in skins for about 1 1/2 hours or until done. Peel potatoes when cooled off into a large bowl.

    Chop celery, onions and eggs into the bowl of peeled potatoes.

    Add mayonnaise, mustard and sandwich spread.

    Mix together.

    Add pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, sugar, onion salt and garlic salt and mix.

    Make it thick and not too soft.

    Taste and add more of the seasonings if needed.
