- 1 cup cucumber
- 4 tbsp tartar sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cup dice potato
- 1 cup dice onion
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 silce green chili
- 8 spring roll wrappers
Directions

1MAKE FILLING

2in pan with oil fry dice potato till lightly brown and cooked about 3 minute then add onion and sautee till onion soften

3add curry powder and salt then mix well saute for another 1 minute in low heat

4MAKE SAMOSA

5put 1 tbsp of potato filling on a square spring roll and then wrap up into a triangle shape then wet the edge of the folding and fasten it

6DEEP FRY SAMOSA

7deep fry samosa till lightly brown and crispy

8TO SERVE AS IT IS WITH GREEN CHILI GARNISH
