  • 8 med. potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onion tops, bacon bits

Directions

    Cook potatoes and onions until tender. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Add soups, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and thoroughly heated. Garnish and serve.
