  • 2 balls green onions
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 or 3 cans chicken broth
  • sliced potatoes
  • 1 or 2 1/2 pt. half and half

Directions

    Simmer green onions, onion, butter and chicken broth until tender.

    Fill with sliced potatoes.

    Cook until tender.

    Mash until you have small chunks.
