- 6 potatoes, cut up
- 1 small tub sour cream
- 1 bundle green onions, chopped
- 1 lb. bacon crumbs or use bacon bits
- 8 oz. box Velveeta cheese
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions

1Boil potatoes in enough water to barely cover with bouillon cube.

2Cook until almost done.

3Add sour cream, onions, bacon and cheese.

4Heat until cheese is melted.

5I prefer to add the onions and bacon after I've put the soup in mugs.
