Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, cut up
  • 1 small tub sour cream
  • 1 bundle green onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. bacon crumbs or use bacon bits
  • 8 oz. box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube

Directions

    Boil potatoes in enough water to barely cover with bouillon cube.

    Cook until almost done.

    Add sour cream, onions, bacon and cheese.

    Heat until cheese is melted.

    I prefer to add the onions and bacon after I've put the soup in mugs.
