  • 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. Ritz crackers

Directions

    Thaw potatoes and mix all ingredients.

    Put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Top with 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers.

    Drizzle 1 stick melted margarine over crackers.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
