- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with milk
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Thaw hash browns at room temperature for 20 minutes.

2Put into a covered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

3In a bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream and 1 1/2 cups cheese.

4Mix with whisk.

5Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

6Dot with butter; bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
