- 1 Small Cabbage
- 2 Bunches Celery
- 1 qt. onions
- 1/2 c. Salt
- 3 pts. Vinegar
- 2 lb. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mixed Spices
- 1/2 c. Mustard Seed
- 2 Red Peppers
Directions

1Chop tomatoes and grind the rest of the ingredients.

2Let stand overnite, then drain; add 3 pints vinegar, 2 pounds of sugar, 2 tablespoons mixed spices tied in a bag, 1/2 cup mustard seed.

3Cook 2 hours then jar.
