- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. whole milk
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter with electric beater until smooth. Beat eggs in separate bowl with electric beater for 30 seconds. Add eggs to butter and sugar mixture.

2Alternate milk and flour to mixture, adding a little at a time.

3Blend very well.

4Add lemon extract.

5Continue to beat for another 2 minutes.

6Place batter in greased and floured Bundt pan.

7Cook at 325° for 1 hour, then another 15 minutes at 350°.
