- 8 eggs, separated
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 8 Tbsp. coffee cream
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Whip the whites and add 6 level tablespoons sugar.

3Place mixture in refrigerator until the rest is made. Cream butter; add 2 2/3 cups sugar and whip until light (about 10 minutes).

4Add flour, coffee cream and vanilla.

5Fold in egg whites until well mixed.

6Pour into lightly greased Bundt pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 25 minutes.

7(Cake should fall.)
