- 3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. plain flour, sifted
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Mix margarine and sugar until creamy.

2Add 1 cup of flour and 2 eggs together until you use all the flour and eggs; beat 1 minute after each addition.

3Add vanilla.

4Beat 3 minutes on high.

5Grease and flour tube cake pan.

6Bake at 325°.

7After 30 minutes, check for doneness with toothpick.

8Let cool in pan.
