- 1 lb real butter
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp coconut extract
Directions

1Cream softened butter with sugar.

2Add small amount of flour, then add eggs alternately with remaining flour.

3Add Eagle Brand milk, and flavorings.

4Bake in large Angel food (tube) pan sprayed with Pam.

5Place in pre-heated 325° oven on top rack.

6Place an iron skillet filled with water on middle rack.
-
7Do not open door for at least one hour.
-
8This cake will take about 1 1/2 hrs. to be done.

9Place pan on wire rack and allow 30 to 40 mins. to cool in pan.
