  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon or orange flavoring

    Cream cheese and margarine.

    In another bowl, mix oil and water.

    Pour over cheese mixture and blend.

    Add other ingredients and cook in a Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour.
