- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients 1 minute at slow speed, then 5 minutes on high.

2Mix dry ingredients and milk alternately.

3Bake at 350° in a greased and floured tube pan for 70 to 80 minutes.
