- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Cream the butter and shortening.

2Gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

4Combine dry ingredients.

5Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour.

6Mix just until blended.

7Stir in flavorings.

8Pour batter into greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.

9Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.

10Cool 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
