- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. red wine
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Use electric mixer to combine eggs, oil, wine, cake mix, pudding and nutmeg.

2Beat until batter is smooth.

3Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.

4Bake 45 minutes at 350°. While cake is still warm, dust with powdered sugar.
