  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. red wine
  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Use electric mixer to combine eggs, oil, wine, cake mix, pudding and nutmeg.

    Beat until batter is smooth.

    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°. While cake is still warm, dust with powdered sugar.
