  • 2 cups elbow pasta or similar shape
  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing prepared
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and ground black pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta, following the directions on the package, until slightly more firm than al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

    Mix the tuna, carrot, pepper, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, lemon juice and rind together with the pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
