- 2 loaves French bread (24 oz.), cubed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 4 large eggs, blended
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1In a large bowl, add first 6 ingredients and blend well.

2Saute the pecans in melted butter for 5 minutes.

3When cooled down, add to bread mixture.

4Place bread mixture in a lightly buttered (or spray oil) pan in a 9 x 12-inch oblong cake pan (metal or Corning Ware).

5Fill 3/4 full.

6Bake at 350° in preheated oven for one hour (individual souffle dishes optional).

7Serves 16.
