  • 3 1/8 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 milk
  • 2 1/4 ounces chocolate with hazelnuts, melted
  • 1 5/8 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Dissolve the cornstarch in 4 tablespoons of milk. Set aside.

    In a medium saucepan, combine remaining milk, melted chocolate,and sugar.

    Bring to a boil, and add cornstarch mixture.

    Whisk until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

    Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.

    Divide mixture into ramekins and refrigerate until set.
