  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 2 cup whole pecans

Directions

    In a 2 quart sauce pan combine ingredients including pecans. Boil to soft ball stage 238° on a candy thermometer.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir rapidly until gloss is lost.

    Drop onto wax paper by teaspoons.

    Let harden.
