  • 1 (3 lb.) hen, cooked
  • 1 (No. 2) can tiny peas
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped almonds
  • 5 Tbsp. India relish
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. broth
  • 1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in hot broth

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients. Add mayonnaise and last the gelatin which has been dissolved in hot broth.

    Put into 3 round quart cartons. Chill in refrigerator.

    When thoroughly chilled, take out of cartons and slice.
