- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. canned milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Wash and cook rice.

2Beat eggs slightly.

3Chop onion and braise in margarine.

4Add herbs.

5Combine all ingredients well and place in an oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

7Serve with brown gravy.
