  • 1/2 c. brown rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. milk

    Wash and cook rice.

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Chop onion and braise in margarine.

    Combine all ingredients well and place in an oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
