  • 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 box spinach, chopped, thawed and drained
  • 1 loaf bread (French or Hawaiian)

    Mix all ingredients (except bread).

    Can be put in hollowed bread to serve.
