Scrumptious Muffins

Directions

   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Prepare miniature tin with liners or grease with butter and flour.

   Combine ice cream and flour in medium bowl and stir until wooden spoon is just moistened.

   (Do not overmix.)

   Fill liners 3/4 full.

   Bake about 20 minutes or until tester comes out clean.

   Makes 12 miniature muffins.
