Ingredients

  • 1 cup water, boiling
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 qt vanille ice cream
  • Chocolate sauce

Directions

    Boil water an butter together over medium heat. Reduce heat and add flour and salt all together. Stir well until mixture forms a ball and leaves the side of the pan. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

    Add egg, one at the time, beating well until smooth and shiny. Drop a dollup on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 450 F. Reduce the heat to 370 F and bake another 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

    Cut the top off and fill with ice cream. Put back the top and serve with hot chocolate sauce
