- 1 envelope tomato-onion soup mix
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 c. uncooked rice

2In medium saucepan, melt butter and cook green pepper until tender.

3Stir in tomato-onion soup mix blended with water.

4Bring to a boil.

5Stir in uncooked rice and simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until rice is done (tender).
