  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup quinoa flakes
  • 2 cups buckwheat or brown rice cereal puffs
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • small chunks of banana or dried berries
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

    Place nuts and seeds in a fry pan and roast for 5 minutes
