- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup whey protein (Body Fortress Super Advanced Powder)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons almonds (sliced)
Directions

1Boil oats and 1 cup of milk in saucepan for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup milk, protein powder and cinnamon. Divide equally between two bowls and garnish with 1/4 cup of blueberries and 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds each. Pour remaining milk equally over both bowls and serve while still warm. Enjoy!
