  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 13 cup olive, pitted
  • 1 roasted red pepper, destemed chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 14 cup fresh parsley leaves

Directions

    Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until desired consistency.

    To thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
