- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1In small mixing bowl, beat egg whites with water and salt until stiff but not dry.

2In another bowl, mix yolks with pepper until thick and lemon colored.

3Fold in egg whites.

4Heat oven to 325°.

5Heat butter in skillet until hot and pour omelet mixture into skillet.

6Cook until light and fluffy.

7Place in oven and bake 12 to 15 minutes (use oven safe skillet).

8Tip skillet to loosen omelet.

9Fold omelet in half being careful not to break. Slip onto plate.

10Serve warm.
