- 1 lb. boneless sirloin (beef)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed, browned slightly in a skillet
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 small scallions, sliced
- 1/2 c. sesame oil or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 to 1/4 garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Place sirloin in the freezer until slightly frozen.

2Slice diagonally across the grain, paper thin.

3Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the meat.

4Marinate overnight. Put slices on a broiler pan.

5Broil 1 to 2 minutes; do not turn.
