- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. water (lukewarm)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 tsp. salt
- approximately 10 c. flour
Directions

1Mix and work into a stiff dough.

2Let rise twice in bulk. Then work down.

3Roll on floured board like you would biscuits. Cut with biscuit cutter and pull each biscuit real thin.

4Then press (standing up) together in a loaf pan.

5Let rise again until it is twice in bulk.

6Bake in 325° oven.

7Makes a real good loaf of bread.

8Yield: 2 loaves.
