  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Combine ingredients; stir until sugar is dissolved.

    Cook to hard crack stage or until it will spin a thread (375°).

    Pour out on cold buttered platter.
  4. 4
    Pull edges to center and centers out. Pull until white; cut into portions.
