- 2 lbs pork tenderloin or shoulder
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 C. Lime Juice
- 1/2 finely chopped yellow onion
- 1/4 C. Orange Juice
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 T. molasses
- 1 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Pepper
- 1/2 t. Paprika
- 1.5 C. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients but pork and oil and set aside. Preheat oven to 325. Trim fat from pork. In a dutch oven, brown pork well in oil. Add mix, cover with tight-fitting lid, and bake 2-2.5 hours. Shred meat with fork and serve.
