- 1 whole Onion
- 3 pounds Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast
- 2 cups Ginger Ale
- 16 ounces, fluid Favorite BBQ Sauce
- 1 package Sandwich Buns (8 Count)
Directions

1Slice the onion.

2Place half of the onion in the crock pot.

3Put the meat on top of the onion layer.

4Layer the other half of onion on top of the meat.

5Pour ginger ale on top.

6Cook 8-10 hours on low.

7Remove meat from pot.

8Discard liquid and onions.

9On a plate, pull the pork for the sandwiches.

10Place the pork back into the pot and cover it with all 16 ounces of BBQ goodness.

11Let it cook on low for another 30 minutes to 1 hour to let the BBQ sauce heat.

12Toast buns.

13Add the pulled meat.
