- FOR THE BARS:
- 1 cup Oil
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups (Total 16 Oz.) Pumpkin
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Cloves
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon

- FOR FROSTING:
- 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 6 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1-3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Directions

1Beat oil, eggs, pumpkin and sugar in a large bowl.

2Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cloves and cinnamon to the pumpkin mixture and mix well.

3Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.

4For frosting, combine cream cheese, butter, milk and powdered sugar and beat well. Spread over bars.

5Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
